How do I reset my password?
  1. Click ‘Menu’ in the bottom right of the navigation bar
  2. Click ‘Settings’
  3. Click ‘Change Password’
  4. Enter your old/current password
  5. Provide a new password
  6. ‘Confirm’ your new password
I think my account was hacked/compromised.

Change your password if you feel your account has been compromised, or contact us directly at [email protected]. Please include the email address and phone number you used to create your CircleIt account.

I can’t access my account.

If you can’t login to your account:

  1. Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the ‘Login’ screen
  2. Enter the email address you used to register with CircleIt
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the ‘Link’ in the email
  5. Create a new password

How do I report a safety concern?

All safety concerns should be immediately reported to [email protected]. Please include the email address and phone number you used to create your CircleIt account.

I found a bug in the app.

I forgot my password.
  1. Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the ‘Login’ screen
  2. Enter the email address you used to register with CircleIt
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the ‘Link’ in the email
  5. Create a new password
I can’t create an account.

If you can not create an account, email [email protected].

I can’t verify my email or mobile number.

If you have not received a verification code via email or password, email [email protected]. Please include the email address and phone number you used to create your CircleIt account.

I don’t have my login verifications code.

Our activation codes will be sent to you via text message and/or email, so make sure you provide your correct phone number and email address during account setup.

Please Note: Your code will expire in 60-seconds, but you can request a new code at any time. Don’t see an activation email from CircleIt in your inbox? Be sure to check spam folders, too!
