Once you have verified your account, you can begin building your ‘Profile’ - The entire process can take less than a minute

How do I add my family & friends to CircleIt?

To add your family and friends to CircleIt:

Simply tap the ‘Add Friend’ icon in the top right corner of the home screen
‘Allow Access’ to your contacts so you can select who to invite
Invite them and ‘Define Your Relationship’ so we can start seamlessly building your family tree

Can I use CircleIt for free?

CircleIt provides our services free of charge. We earn a small commission if you choose to purchase a gift for a family member or friend, which we use to cover our expenses.

CircleIt is 100% free with no hidden costs. We’ll never sell your data and we’ll never push you ads.

What happens if I delete my account?

If you delete your CircleIt account permanently, all data associated with your account will be deleted from our platform – including any cards and media that has yet to be delivered to your family and friends.

Where do all my cards and pictures go?

If you delete your CircleIt account permanently, all data associated with your account will be deleted from our platform – including any cards, media and pictures you have stored in CircleIt.

Will my flowers still get delivered?

If you pass away, all of your cards, media and gifts will be delivered to your family and friends as you had instructed. Your personal profile will transition into a memorialized profile so your inner circle can still view and interact with your profile.

How can you guarantee that my cards will be delivered to my loved ones in the future?

Our patented technology will keep your card safely stored until just the right moment. Our AI will unlock the card for your loved one and notify them of the unlocked card via in-app messaging, chat and email. They’ll still be able to access the card via our platform, provided it’s installed on their mobile phone.
