Official Rules: CircleIt Sweepstakes

TO PARTICIPATE: To participate an Entrant must have: 1. a web-enabled mobile device. Data rates may apply. Consult with your carrier for fees. 2. the CircleIt App downloaded onto your web-enabled mobile device. If you do not already have the CircleIt App on your device, visit the application store for your mobile device and download and install the CircleIt application (the “App”) for free (other terms and conditions may apply). 3. a valid and verified CircleIt account 4. And have submitted a star rating in their mobile application store.

TO ENTER: You will automatically earn one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for rating the CircleIt app in your mobile app store.

LIMIT: Limit of one (1) entry per person or email address regardless of method of entry. Entries received in excess of the entry limit stated herein will be disqualified.

WEEKLY DRAWINGS: Sweepstakes begins Monday, April 4, 2022 at 12:00 a.m. CST and all rating submissions must be received by December 31, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. CST. Entries submitted during a Weekly Period will be eligible for the Weekly Period drawing in which it was submitted and will then roll over to future Weekly Entry Periods if not deemed a winner. From all eligible entries received, a random drawing will be held every Monday at 10:00 a.m. EST by Sponsor, whose decisions concerning all matters related to this sweepstakes are final. All weekly winners will be notified by e-mail and within the CircleIt app. Winner will be required to provide a physical mailing address for delivery of the prize (no P.O. boxes).

By submitting an entry, Entrant agrees to comply with the Sweepstakes Official Rules. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor and/or Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator are final and binding. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same account. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's entries and that Entrant may be disqualified.

Total Retail Value of all prizes: $50,000.00.

There is a limit of one (1) weekly prize per person. No transfer, replacement, refund or substitution of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right, where legal, to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All federal, state, local tax (as applicable) and other tax liabilities (including income and withholding taxes) arising from prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The odds of winning a Weekly Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the applicable end date. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in these Official Rules. Decisions of the Sponsor/Administration are final. Prizes must be accepted as awarded.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: An Entrant is not deemed a winner of any prize, even if the winning notification should so indicate, unless and until (i) the Entrant’s eligibility has been verified, (ii) all requirements determined by the Sponsor in order to claim his/her prize have been fulfilled and (iii) the Entrant has been notified that the acceptance and verification process is complete. Potential Winners will be notified via email and/or in-app on or about two (2) business days after the drawing date.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By accepting a prize, winner or, if a minor, their parent or legal guardian consents to the use of his/her name, city/state/country of residence, photograph, visual and/or audio likeness for advertising or promotional purposes by Sponsor, and its designees, including but not limited to the posting of winner’s name on the Sponsor’s website(s), in a Winners List or other online announcements, without additional compensation, permission or notification except where prohibited by law. Participants, or, if minors, their parents or legal guardians agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Releases from any claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in these Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. U.S. law governs these Sweepstakes. Notice to online participants: Internet access and usage charges applicable to a participant’s account, including access charges and/or any usage charges applicable under participant’s Internet pricing plan and any applicable taxes will continue to apply while a participant is online in connection with this Sweepstakes, and will be the sole responsibility of such participant. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by any means, which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winner(s) from all eligible, non-suspect Entries received prior to action taken using the drawing procedure outlined above.
